Bicycle Customer Service and Bike Sales
Over the course of a week, you would work within our team on a diverse and interesting range of tasks:
. Receiving and dispatching goods
. Bicycle building, boxing and shipping
. Servicing of hydraulic brakes
. Handling warranty claims and returns
. Customers liaison online, over the phone or in person.
. Picking/packing/posting (physical fitness a bonus!)
. Monitoring stock control/warehouse
. Existing and new product knowledge and sharing
. Working within the team towards our strategic business goals
. Representing our business and goals at bicycle and sustainability expos and events
. Expanding and sharing your own growth and goals in relation to the cycling industry, cycling and environmental advocacy, cycling for lifestyle
. Information sharing to a growing market place through our blog, social media and aforementioned events
