We are now recruiting for the position of Customer Service Representative to join the Trek team in Canberra, Australia. This is a permanent position reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The mission of the Customer Service Representative is to effectively communicate with our retailers by building relationships through consistent and proactive service in accordance with Trek standards.
Key accountabilities include:
Deliver great customer service to our retailers by handling phone inquiries and proactively communicating new programs and products
- Build relationships with our retailers through creative problem solving
- Be responsible for key customer & brand touchpoints such as service claims, customer service inbox, and phone inquiries
- Assist retailers with technical questions and mechanical troubleshooting
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
- Proven ability to work cooperatively in a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience leading the delivery of a high level of customer service
- Excellent strategic and problem solving skills
- Bicycle retailer and mechanical skills
- Sound computer proficiency.
