Smith St Velo is an independent bicycle store in Alice Springs.
We are looking for an experienced sales assistant and bike mechanic for a full
time position to start immediately (Tuesday – Saturday).
The applicant must be able to:
• Build, service and repair all types of bikes with speed and precision while maintaining a clean and tidy workshop.
• Show great customer service skills and maintain a friendly attitude to other staff and customers.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Handle all transactions for eftpos, computerised point of sales along with banking cash procedures.
Desirable:
• Build wheels, service suspension forks and hydraulic brakes.
• Bicycle fitting.
Pay rate based on experience.
