Bosch eBike Systems Australia staff have just concluded a three month national tour involving 15 dealer training sessions across nine cities.
Over 150 local retailers attending the workshops, to learn invaluable sales and service skills for the rapidly growing pedelec market.
Held from March through to May across the country, the interactive workshops provided dealers with comprehensive product knowledge and first-class servicing techniques required to sell and service the full range of Bosch eBike Systems.
Hosted by Bosch’s local eBike Technical Experts, and supported by service partner Eurocycles, the sessions cemented Bosch at the forefront of the local eBike market and highlighted the growing interest in the category amongst the cycling community.
“This was our second local Dealer Training series in Australia, following the inaugural camps in 2016. It was fantastic to see the interest and enthusiasm amongst the growing number of local retailers about Bosch eBike Systems and the eBike market as a whole,” said Bosch eBike Systems, Business Unit Leader for AP, Dr. Fouad Bennini.
“The Australian eBike industry is still very much in its infancy, but over the last six months we have noticed a real shift, as the industry recognises how eBikes can make cycling more
accessible for more and more Australians.”
“This shift was mirrored by the attendance and enthusiasm from dealers at our training camps
local dealers are recognising the importance of being able to sell and service eBikes with the
most innovative systems and techniques available,” he concluded.
