With the importance of in-store service growing daily it's a pleasure to meet someone with a genuine customer focussed attitude.

While driving back from The Clare Classic, our digital contant guru, Nat Bromhead took the scenic route and stopped in on Ricky Cooper, at Town and Country Cycles Broken Hill to get a couple of punctured tubes fixed.

The scourge of cyclists in the area tiny tri-thorned nuggets about the size of a pea known as 'three-corner-jacks' were the culprit, and according to Ricky have long been a problem around Broken Hill.

Some tyre liners and thorn proof tubes had Nat back on the road in a jiffy. Good old-fashioned country town service from one of the gentlemen of the industry.
